Hampton Roads AICUZ Disclosure

What does AICUZ stand for? Air Installation Compatible Use Zone

With numerous military bases and airports throughout the region it is inevitable that at some point jet noise will impact you. For any homes in one of the 4 cities listed below, you are required to provide an AICUZ disclosure to buyers when you list your home. This disclosure tells them what noise/potential crash zone you are located in. Only 4 cities in our area require that sellers use this disclosure since they are the only cities with residents that could potentially be affected by this. Use the links below to find out if your home lies within one of the noise or potential crash zones.
